Drug Interaction of paracetamol

1. Anticogulant :- It interact with paracetamol and increase the risk uncontrolling bleeding.

Example. Warfarin, aspirin, amlodipine, atorvastatin, bisoproilol etc.

2. Alcohol :- when it interact with paracetamol, it irritate stomach or it can also cause liver damage.
3. Cholestyramine :- It interact with paracetamol and lower the effect of paracetamol.
4. Anti-seizure :- Interact with paracetamol and increase the activity of liver and reduce the effect of paracetamol.
5. Rifampin :- Interact with paracetamol and increase the activity of liver and reduce the effect of paracetamol.
