Side Effect Of Paracetamol

  1. Fast Heart Rate.
  2. Lower Blood Pressure.
  3. Liver Damage (Higher Dose).
  4. Kidney Damage(Higher Dose).
  5. Allergic Reaction(Red Rashes on skin).

Dosage Of Paracetamol

  • Dosages of paracetamol depends upon patients situation.
  • Paracetamol dosage should be taken as prescribed by doctor or rmp( registered medical practioner).

Drug Interaction of paracetamol

  1. Anticogulant :- It interact with paracetamol and increase the risk uncontrolling bleeding.

Example. Warfarin, aspirin, amlodipine, atorvastatin, bisoproilol etc.

  1. Alcohol :- when it interact with paracetamol, it irritate stomach or it can also cause liver damage.
  2. Cholestyramine :- It interact with paracetamol and lower the effect of paracetamol.
  3. Anti-seizure :- Interact with paracetamol and increase the activity of liver and reduce the effect of paracetamol.
  4. Rifampin :- Interact with paracetamol and increase the activity of liver and reduce the effect of paracetamol.
